1. Digital Products – No Refunds, Exceptional Cases Only

All products sold on NetGoods are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or incompatibility with your software/hardware (system requirements are clearly listed on each product page).

We will only issue a refund or replacement in the following exceptional situations:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened.

  • You received a product that does not match the description on the product page.

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice – we will refund the duplicate order.

2. Cancellation Before Download

If you have not yet downloaded the product, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund. Once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final.
