Shipping policy
1. Digital Delivery Only
NetGoods sells digital products only – no physical items are shipped. All products (schematics, calculation tools, documentation templates, video courses, e‑books, etc.) are delivered electronically.
There are no shipping costs associated with any order because nothing is sent by mail or courier.
2. Delivery Methods
Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your product through one of the following methods (depending on the product type):

Instant download – a direct download link will appear on the order confirmation page, and you will also receive the link via email.

Email attachment – for smaller files, we may attach the product directly to the confirmation email.

Access link – for courses or large bundles, you will receive a personalized access link to a secure download area.
All download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly.
3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard digital products – delivered immediately (within minutes) after successful payment.

Custom or large‑format products (e.g., bespoke CAD projects, bulk bundles) – may take up to 2 business days to prepare. You will be notified of any delay via email.
If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour of placing your order (for standard products), please check your spam/junk folder. If it's still missing, contact us immediately.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of purchased items.

A separate delivery email containing the download link or access instructions.
Since there are no physical shipments, no tracking number is provided. Instead, your download link serves as your delivery confirmation.
5. Failed or Interrupted Downloads
If you experience issues downloading your file (e.g., broken link, timeout, corrupted file), please contact us at stateec@aol.com or call (314) 840-3784. We will provide a fresh download link or send the file via alternative method (e.g., cloud storage or email) within 1 business day.
6. Incorrect Email Address
Please ensure you provide a valid email address when placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for undelivered products. However, if you contact us with your order number and correct email, we will update our records and resend the delivery.
7. International Orders
NetGoods serves customers worldwide. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Digital products are not subject to customs, duties, or import taxes, as no physical goods cross borders.
