1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to NetGoods ("we", "us", "our"), a digital products store operated as a trading name of State Electric Company, a Private Corporation registered in Kentucky, USA.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final except in cases of corrupted files, wrong product delivery, or duplicate purchases (as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy).

  • You may cancel an order before the file has been downloaded, provided you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • All refund and exchange requests must be submitted to stateec@aol.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

8. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product from NetGoods, you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to download and use that product for your personal or internal business purposes only, subject to the following conditions:
